The application techniques

TONEMEUP PRO - Can be used anytime and anywhere!
Application examples for our different application techniques

You can use the TONEMEU PRO band to support you in everyday life, your hobbies and high-performance sports as well as many other movements. Through the targeted selection of certain application techniques, body tension and posture are efficiently harmonised, making movements easier or even possible in the first place. The application of the different positioning techniques is individual, but some positioning techniques are more suitable for specific movement sequences, while others are less so.

Different muscle groups can be trained within one exercise thanks to the different application techniques on the body. For example, the UNIVERSAL BENDING TECHNIQUE improves general coordination when running, jogging, sprinting, etc. The RUMPING STRIPPING TECHNIQUE is used to train the upper body in particular in conjunction with the pelvis when running, jogging or sprinting.

This means that different positioning techniques in the same exercise promote and improve coordination and the safety of the movement. In the following overview, we would like to give you an orientation as to which positioning techniques are suitable for which movement sequences.
